Christmas cards
This year I decided I was going to use up a pack of computer Christmas cards I've had for years. By my guess, I'd say at least 10! I've had a brand new, unopened package of Christmas cards you're meant to run through the computer to print your greeting inside. I wanted it to have at least some homemade touch so I thought about what I could do with it and this is what I came up with. Here's what the card looks like from the package, just folded. It has gold foil on it (the greeting, the star, and in the tree).
Here are two similar versions I came up with. I still need to stamp the greeting inside and maybe add a little something in there. The stamps I used are by Inkadinkado and I used black embossing powder. The black border is embossed with the cuttlebug and I used gold ribbon.
A close up of the embossing.
So if you've got old stationery lying around, use it up! Add touches to spruce it up a little and give it a new look and feel. Thanks for looking!

Tam,
I think yours are nicer than the original.

I love the added touches! That angel stap is so pretty!
I love this Tam! I enjoy making my own cards but they take too long so I only end up doing a few for the family. A couple of years I bought a bunch of really inexpensive cards from the outlet mall in Tilton. I decorated them with the glitter and pearly type paints. They turned out quite pretty. I should try stamping, but not too good at it.
I love the extra touches you added.
BEAUTIFUL...good for YOU!!
