The slim cards were made using 8x8 cardstock folded in half. I have a bunch I picked up on clearance ages ago and they fit in a standard business envelope. I don't worry about filling the envelope end to end - it would be nice but I'd rather be able to use paper as is that I already have.
The polka dot kraft card bases were picked up on a clearance sale at Michaels. I think it may have been after Christmas and they're perfect for Christmas or Valentine's day. The hearts on all the cards are old chipboard embellishments by Martha Stewart.
