St. Patrick's Day card

This is actually made as a birthday card - my mom's birthday is on St. Patrick's day. Just about the only reason I've bought St. Paddy/shamrock stamps. I deliberated and passed up the stamps I used for the background but luckily found them again before they were all gone and snagged 'em up! Stamps: Studio G series 41 (JoAnn's) and series 44 (AC Moore); cricut cartridges: Heritage and Paper Doll Dress Up; Fiskars apron lace border punch; cuttlebug d'vine swirls folder; Martha Stewart flock The shamrock was flocked first, then embossed. Pop-dotted for some additional dimension.
