Crocheted purses

 Here's a couple of purses I worked on. I've yet to finish the second one. LOL  The first one is nice and springy/summery/beach and the colors of the second work for any of time of year really - one of the colors is red but probably looks off in the photo. 

I did sew a liner for the inside so things couldn't poke through the stitching. One of the pattern recommendations is you can stiffen it with plastic canvas. I might need to try that whenever I finish the second one so I can also attach the handles to it through the purse. Unfortunately, the weight of the contents really pulls on and stretches the stitches where the handles are attached on the one I've finished.
