Holiday Cards

My first cards for Operation Write Home. I started some everyday type cards months ago - haven't finished them. Wanted to make a bunch of fall and Thankgiving cards - never started them then it was too late. I started procrastinating on the holiday cards. I wanted to make a lot more but time got short. I managed to make 30 - 10 each of the 3 designs. I hope they are all satisfactory. They may have some minor flaws but that's what happens with handmade! The lacy circles in the snowman cards are cut from silver paper and I double-stamped the sentiment on the front with silver and blue. I used one sheet of 12 x 12 paper for one of the patterns to make 10 cards. I wanted to use up some of my paper stash but also make the most out of it and make even multiples. The 'believe' cards used nearly a full sheet of the striped and green papers, the St Nicks were cut from a coordinating 3rd sheet. Likewise, the mistletoe cards used nearly 2 full sheets of paper. And lastly, the snowman cards I used one sheet to make 10 cards - with a little left over. All the papers came from an old Provo Craft pack, Christmas Slab III, which came with 3 of each design. Plenty to go around!
